At TwiZtd PrintZ LLC, most of our products are made-to-order, including custom apparel and 3D Creations. Because of the nature of our production process, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of your delivery at twiztdprintz@gmail.com with photos of your issue. We will review and determine if a replacement is necessary.
